CMCA Examination Schedule and Locations

The CMCA Examination is offered in two formats, computer-based and pencil and paper. Each format has distinct dates and locations for testing. See below for specific locations.

Computer-based format

The computer-based exam is offered during the January-March, April-June, July-September, and October-December testing cycles at more than 1000 locations in the U.S. To find the location nearest you, visit www.lasergrade.com and enter your zip code.

Pencil and paper format

The pencil/paper exam is offered three times a year: once during each month of March and September in approximately 40 major U.S. cities, and on the Wednesday of CAI's National Conference.
