When to Recertify

You must recertify every two years to keep your CMCA current. Managers are placed in either an April 1 or an October 1 recertification cycle when they become certified.

Below you may search the database of all active CMCAs and their recertification dates (the date they need to recertify in order to keep their certification active). If you do not see your name and believe it should be in the database or if you have any questions, please call NBC-CAM at (703) 836-6902.

You must enter a first name and/or a last name to search the database. If you can't find the manager you are looking for, try entering only a first name or last name.

This database is updated quarterly (January, April, July, October). If you have recently recertified and are checking the database for your name, please understand that the database will not reflect the change until after the next update.

Download a recertification application (PDF, 156 KB) or view requirements for recertification.

Search Tips

If you cannot locate your record, try searching with just your last name or first name. Only exact text matches are retrieved.
